VSAIN Phytase High Specific Activity Phytase

VSAIN Group is one of the largest professional phytase plants in China and its annual output of VSAINPhytase (5000u/g) is 3000 MT. VSAIN Phytase is produced according to BASF standard and its performance of heat stability and ageing resistance has been the ahead of world. This phytase has got obviously good application and can be added in various feedstuff such as finishing pig fodder, broiler, layer, meat duck and laying duck fodder.
   VSAIN Phytase is produced adopting liquid submerged fermentation technology, and its enzyme activity is high and stable. It is catalyst for breaking down the links between phosphorus and the phytate ring, therefore, liberating the phytate phosphorus and chelated metallic ion, protein, amino acid and so eliminates the performance of nutrition resistance function of phytic acid. (See Fig 3)
    The functioning position is in the craw and muscular stomach (PH value greater than 5.0) for poultry, and stomach for pig(PH value about 2.5)

Definition of unit:
1 unit of Phytase equals to the amount of enzyme, which liberates 1 mol of inorganic phosphorus in 1 min. from 0.051mol/L sodium phytase at 37C and PH5.6.
Temperature Range: 30-50
(note: VSAIN Phytase can be treated at the maximum temperature of 96 for 180 seconds, only resulting in an approximate 10% to 15% enzyme loss)
    There are two most available PH value for phytase to function. PH2.5 is similar to that in animal stomach and PH 5.5 is in the span of PH value in animal small intestine. Phytase functioning position is different in the body of different animals, so the level of addition is different.

    Instruction in Application

    •  Phytase is applicable in monogastric animals. It is suitable for fodder of livestock. Because the ruminant animals can combine phytase by using rumen microbiology, so the fodder for ruminant animals doesn't need phytase.
    •  Phytase is effective when the content of phytate phosphorous is above 0.2%.The more phytate it has, the more effective the phytase is.
    •  Phytase is sensitive to the protein, light and heat. Smashing, premixing and other additives will influent phytase's activity. When using the phytase ,we should reduce the infection to phytase, the temperature should be below 80 档
    •  Don't use too much stone powder, otherwise the content of calcium won't be qualitified.
    •  Keep it out of moisture, otherwise moisture will reduce the activity of phytase.
    •  Keep it out of high temperature, shine, heat, otherwise will reduce its activity.
    •  Keep it out of strong acid, strong alkali, heavy metal and so on.
    •  Use the products in the period of validity. Store it in the dry, windy place. Keep it out of light.

    •  Add the diluted VSAIN Phytase into the complete fodder(the 5000 /g dilute phytase in the proportion of 1:10)
    •  It can be added in the premixed fodder of 4%-6% directly
    •  Add it into concentrated fodder after diluting it in the proportion of 1:5
    Application Effects
    •  Application effect to laying chicken at the egg laying period
    Many experiments on laying chicken at the laying period show that: adding the VSAIN High Specific Activity Phytase in the fodder of laying chicken at egg laying period can increase the weight of laying chicken quickly, improve the quality of egg. The VSAIN High Specific Activity Phytase has very good application value in the production of laying chicken fodder.
    •  The application effect to broiler
We can reach the following conclusions according to many experiments on broiler: Using the VSAIN High Specific Activity Phytase in the fodder of broiler can reduce the dosage of exogenous phosphorous element, reduce the fodder cost, increase the rate of meat and fodder and so on. The VSAIN High Specific Activity Phytase has very good application value in the production.
    •  The application effect to pig at finishing period
Many experiments show that: adding the VSAIN High Specific Activity Phytase in the fodder of binary cross pig, ternary cross pig, lean pork pig, and so on can increase pig weight quickly, reduce the rate of meat and fodder and improve pig's growth performance.
    •  The application effect to laying duck at egg producing period
We can reach the following conclusions according to many experiments to laying duck at egg producing period: adding the VSAIN High Specific Activity Phytase in the fodder of laying duck can increase the egg laying rate, increase the egg's weight, improve the quality of egg and reduce the fodder cost. The VSAIN High Specific Activity Phytase has very good application value in the production of laying duck's fodder.
    •  The application effect to meat duck at finishing period
Many experiments on meat duck at finishing period show that: adding the VSAIN High Specific Activity Phytase in the fodder of meat duck at finishing period can increase the weight of meat duck quickly, improve the quality of meat. The VSAIN High Specific Activity Phytase has very good application value in the production of meat duck's fodder.
